After eight years as a stay-at-home mom and 24 years as an elementary teacher...I am starting a new phase of my life...retirement! Its a bit scary, overwhelmingly exciting and full of possibility. I thought I would chronicle my new adventure... for myself, my family and anyone else in cyberland who might be interested. I see this as a journal of ideas of what life can be as one ages... maybe proof that life doesn't end when our career does.
